Rhode Island Style Popcorn Shrimp

Main:
- 20 ea Breaded Popcorn Shrimp
- 1 cup Banana Peppers
- 2 tbsp Curly Parsley minced
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 1/2 Lemon sliced into wedges
- 1/2 cup Curly Parsley for garnish
For the Creamy Chipotle Dip:
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Chipotle In Adobo chopped
- 2 tbsp Lime, juice
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
Tips from the chef: This recipe also works well with Breaded Popcorn Shrimp 65-100 ct
- For the Creamy Chipotle Dip: Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl, mix well and reserve under refrigeration.
- Prepare Shrimp: Cooking Instructions From Frozen: To Deep Fry: Preheat fryer to 350°F and fry for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes. Note: Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F minimum.
- Toss the fully cooked Popcorn Shrimp in a large bowl with the minced parsley and banana peppers. Serve on a large plate with the prepared marinara sauce and creamy chipotle dip on the side. Garnish with parsley sprigs and lemon wedges.
