- 16 ea Breaded Sea Wonders Nuggets
- 12 oz Frozen Fries
- 2 oz Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
- 2 ea Roma Tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 2 oz Orange Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 oz Prepared Salsa
- 4 oz Tartar Sauce
- 4 oz Sour Cream + 2 tsp water
- 8 oz Cucumber and Carrot Sticks
- 2 stalks Green Onion, thinly sliced
- Lemon or Lime Wedges to garnish
- Prepare Breaded Sea Wonders Nuggets and frozen fries according to package directions.
- Place fries (about 3oz per serving) in a serving dish, layer with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce, followed by the prepared Pollock Nuggets on top.
- Mix sour cream and water and put into a squeeze bottle, drizzle over the loaded fish and fries, and top with green onions. Serve with salsa, tartar sauce, and lemon or lime wedges.
