- 3 cups (24 fl oz) Marinara Sauce
- 1 tsp Dried Italian Herbs
- 2 oz Sausage Crumbles
- 4 oz Mushrooms, sliced
- 4 oz Green Bell Peppers, cut into strips
- 2 oz Red Onions, cut into strips
- 20 slices Pepperoni
- 1 cup (4 oz) Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 20 ea Mozzarella Sticks (5 per serving)
- Chopped parsley to garnish
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- On a sheet pan, place 4 large ramekins or oven-safe bowls (minimum capacity 12 oz each). Fill each ramekin with marinara sauce (3/4 cup), layer with sausage crumbles and other cut vegetables (about 3/4 cup total), then sprinkle Italian seasoning and top with shredded mozzarella cheese (1/4 cup) and lastly pepperoni (5 slices), dividing the ingredients evenly into the 4 ramekins.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- While the pizza dips are in the oven, cook the Mozzarella Sticks according to package directions.
- Remove the dips from the oven and let cool slightly before serving with the cooked mozzarella sticks.
