- 4 ea Pollock Rectangles
- 4 ea Sesame Brioche Burger Bun, toasted
- 4 oz Tartar Sauce
- 12 ea Pickle Slices
- 8 oz Frozen Fries
- 6 oz Tricolor Slaw Mix (shredded green and purple cabbages and carrots)
- 1.5 oz Coleslaw dressing
- Prepare the Pollock Rectangles and fries per package instructions.
- Lightly dress the tricolor slaw and set aside.
- To assemble: place 3-4 tbsp slaw mixture on the toasted bottom bun, top with a cooked Pollock Rectangle, about 2 oz cooked and lightly seasoned fries, pickle slices, and the top bun spread with 1-2 tbsp tartar sauce.
