"Sea-sar" Salad Wrap, CN

  • 12 ea Breaded Pollock Sticks
  • 4 ea Flour Tortilla Wrap (10”)
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce, roughly chopped
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing (plus more to serve as dips)
  • 1/3 cup Shreded Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Bacon Bits (optional)
  1. Prepare the Pollock Sticks according to package instructions.
  2. While the sticks cook, add romaine lettuce to a large mixing bowl along with shredded Parmesan and Caesar dressing (optional to add bacon bits). Toss well to ensure the lettuce is evenly coated with dressing.
  3. Add approximately 2-3 oz dressed romaine lettuce to the center of each wrap, then top with 3 cooked Pollock Sticks.
  4. Fold the bottom half of the wrap up and over the fillings first, then fold each side in to create an envelope before rolling the rest of the wrap tightly closed. Use about 1 tsp Caesar dressing to seal the closure.
  5. If desired, cut in half before serving and pair with a ramekin of Caesar dressing as a dipping sauce.
