- 4 ea Pollock Fillet Portions
- 3 cups Alfredo Sauce
- 4 cups Fettuccine Noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets, blanched
- 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
- 6 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- Fresh Parsley, Basil, and Lemon Wedge to garnish
- Prepare Pollock Fillet Portions according to package directions.
- Warm alfredo sauce in a saute pan on medium-low heat, stirring constantly for 3-4 minutes until just starting to bubble. Add the cooked noodles and blanched broccoli florets to the pan, mixing well for a few minutes until the noodles are warmed and well coated with sauce.
- Transfer the cooked Pollock Fillet Portions to a sheet pan and top with marinara sauce (2 tbsp each), mozzarella (3 tbsp) and Parmesan (1 tbsp). Broil in the oven or under a broiler until the cheese is melted and just starting to brown.
- Serve fish with pasta and garnish with fresh parsley, basil, and a lemon wedge.
