For a more intense flavour, marinate veggies in dressing up to 24 hours prior to serving.
|1 tray||1 tray||Mirabel Sushi Ebi, cooked, peeled & deveined tail-on shrimp, thawed|
|2||2||Daikon radishes, peeled and thinly sliced|
|2||2||cucumber, thinly sliced|
|2||2||carrots, peeled and thinly sliced|
|125 mL||½ cup||rice wine vinegar|
|30 mL||2 tbsp||sugar|
|5 mL||1 teaspoon||sesame seeds, toasted|
Mix sugar and rice wine vinegar together until sugar is completely dissolved. Place mixture of vegetables into a salad bowl and garnish with shrimp overtop. Coat shrimp and vegetables generously with dressing and garnish with a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
