Sunomono Salad

For a more intense flavour, marinate veggies in dressing up to 24 hours prior to serving.

Ingredients

1 tray1 trayMirabel Sushi Ebi, cooked, peeled & deveined tail-on shrimp, thawed
22Daikon radishes, peeled and thinly sliced
22cucumber, thinly sliced
22carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
125 mL½ cuprice wine vinegar
30 mL2 tbspsugar
5 mL1 teaspoonsesame seeds, toasted

Method

Mix sugar and rice wine vinegar together until sugar is completely dissolved. Place mixture of vegetables into a salad bowl and garnish with shrimp overtop. Coat shrimp and vegetables generously with dressing and garnish with a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
