Sunomono Salad

For a more intense flavour, marinate veggies in dressing up to 24 hours prior to serving.
Ingredients
| 1 tray | 1 tray | Mirabel Sushi Ebi, cooked, peeled & deveined tail-on shrimp, thawed |
| 2 | 2 | Daikon radishes, peeled and thinly sliced |
| 2 | 2 | cucumber, thinly sliced |
| 2 | 2 | carrots, peeled and thinly sliced |
| 125 mL | ½ cup | rice wine vinegar |
| 30 mL | 2 tbsp | sugar |
| 5 mL | 1 teaspoon | sesame seeds, toasted |
Method
Mix sugar and rice wine vinegar together until sugar is completely dissolved. Place mixture of vegetables into a salad bowl and garnish with shrimp overtop. Coat shrimp and vegetables generously with dressing and garnish with a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
