Skewered Shrimp Satays

Serve these Shrimp Satays with a spicy peanut sauce for dipping.

Ingredients

1 tray1 trayMirabel Nobashi Ebi, raw, peeled and deveined tail-on, thawed
4444bamboo skewers
2 tbsp30 mLvegetable oil
1 Tbsp15 mLginger, minced
22garlic cloves, minced
Salt & pepper, to season

Method

Skewer each shrimp lengthwise. Marinate shrimp in mixture of vegetable oil, garlic, and ginger for up to half hour. Drain excess marinade and season shrimp with salt and pepper. Grill for about 2 minutes on medium-high grill until fully cooked.

Serve Shrimp Satays with a spicy peanut sauce for dipping.
