Skewered Shrimp Satays

Serve these Shrimp Satays with a spicy peanut sauce for dipping.
Ingredients
| 1 tray | 1 tray | Mirabel Nobashi Ebi, raw, peeled and deveined tail-on, thawed |
| 44 | 44 | bamboo skewers |
| 2 tbsp | 30 mL | vegetable oil |
| 1 Tbsp | 15 mL | ginger, minced |
| 2 | 2 | garlic cloves, minced |
| Salt & pepper, to season |
Method
Skewer each shrimp lengthwise. Marinate shrimp in mixture of vegetable oil, garlic, and ginger for up to half hour. Drain excess marinade and season shrimp with salt and pepper. Grill for about 2 minutes on medium-high grill until fully cooked.
