Shrimp Maki

Shrimp Maki are simple and easy to make with Mirabel Ebi.
Ingredients
| Cooked Sushi Rice | ||
| Nori Sheets (toasted seaweed sheets) | ||
| Toasted white & black sesame seeds, for sprinkling | ||
| Japanese spicy mayonnaise | ||
| Avocado, cut in thin slices | ||
| Cucumber, julienned | ||
| Tobiko (Japanese flying fish roe) | ||
| Tempura Shrimp (see recipe) |
Method
Spread sushi rice thinly and evenly on Nori sheet, covering ¾ of the sheet. Sprinkle generously with toasted sesame seeds. Flip Nori sheet over. Drizzle Japanese mayonnaise horizontally across center of sheet and top mayonnaise with a singer layer of avocado, cucumber, Tobiko and Tempura Shrimp. Roll topped Nori sheet, tightly and evenly and slice into bite size pieces.
