Dip’t & Dusted™ Haddock Fillet Sandwich

Spicy Mayo compliments the savoury and piquant flavour of our Dip’t & Dusted™ Haddock Fillet.

Ingredients

1212Dip’t & Dusted™ Haddock Fillet portions, cooked
33Calabrese style bread loaves, cut into 4 portions each OR,
1212Ciabatta buns
1212Tomato slices
1212whole green lettuce leaves
Spicy Mayo:
250 mL1 cupmayonnaise
11garlic clove, finely minced
5 ml1 tspSpanish paprika
5 ml1 tsphot sauce
Lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste

Method

Combine ingredients for Spicy Mayo together and set aside.
Assemble sandwiches by stacking lettuce, cooked haddock, tomato slice and a dollop of spicy mayo onto the base of the bread or bun. Cover sandwich with top portion of bread or bun. Cut sandwiches in half and serve with coleslaw.
