Dip’t & Dusted™ Haddock Fillet Sandwich

Spicy Mayo compliments the savoury and piquant flavour of our Dip’t & Dusted™ Haddock Fillet.
Ingredients
| 12 | 12 | Dip’t & Dusted™ Haddock Fillet portions, cooked |
| 3 | 3 | Calabrese style bread loaves, cut into 4 portions each OR, |
| 12 | 12 | Ciabatta buns |
| 12 | 12 | Tomato slices |
| 12 | 12 | whole green lettuce leaves |
| Spicy Mayo: | ||
| 250 mL | 1 cup | mayonnaise |
| 1 | 1 | garlic clove, finely minced |
| 5 ml | 1 tsp | Spanish paprika |
| 5 ml | 1 tsp | hot sauce |
| Lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste | ||
Method
Combine ingredients for Spicy Mayo together and set aside.
Assemble sandwiches by stacking lettuce, cooked haddock, tomato slice and a dollop of spicy mayo onto the base of the bread or bun. Cover sandwich with top portion of bread or bun. Cut sandwiches in half and serve with coleslaw.
