Ingredients:
HADDOCK (FISH FILLETS), TOASTED WHEAT CRUMBS, WATER, VEGETABLE OIL (CANOLA, PALM / MODIFIED PALM KERNEL / SOYA / SUNFLOWER), FLOUR (WHOLE WHEAT), INULIN (CHICORY ROOT), STARCH (WHEAT), SEASONINGS (ONION, GARLIC, SPICES), SUGAR, SALT, PROTEIN (PEA), CITRIC ACID.

Preparations & Cooking Instructions:
Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C. Place frozen fish fillets in a single layour on a shallow baking pan. Bake in centre of oven for about 8-10 minutes each side or until done. Fish should be opaque in centre and flaky.
